Join YFPA for a Hard Hat Tour of 915 Spring Garden!
915 Spring Garden Tour: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Roy Pitz Happy Hour (No Ticket Required): 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Originally constructed in 1910 as part of the Reading Railroad’s booming industry and expansion in Philadelphia, 915 Spring Garden housed a railroad YMCA and various Reading Railroad offices. It has since been home to a textile factory, printer, warehouse and artist studios. A representative from the building’s current owner and developer, Arts + Crafts Holdings will lead the tour and discuss plans for its redevelopment as the next site reimagined in Spring Arts.
**Please note that this tour will take place before any construction has begun and as such there is little to no ADA accessibility in the building. A hard hat will also be required, please bring your own as a limited amount will be made available.
A Happy Hour at the newly opened Roy Pitz across the street at 990 Spring Garden will follow the tour. Purchase of a tour ticket is good for one free drink during the Happy Hour.
Unable to make the tour at 5:30 pm? Join us just for the Happy Hour and connect with fellow preservation enthusiasts at Roy Pitz free of charge!
